This Privacy Policy explains how Mozart (“Mozart,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our website and our done-for-you AI go-to-market service (the “Service”). It works alongside our Terms of Service.
We collect:
We use information to provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service; to build and run your workflows; to process billing; to provide support and strategy; to communicate with you; and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
For your account and our own business records, we act as a controller. When we process personal data contained in your Service data on your behalf (for example, your contacts and leads), you are the controller and we act as your processor, handling that data only to provide the Service and on your reasonable instructions. If you need a Data Processing Addendum (DPA), contact us and we will provide one.
We rely on trusted providers to deliver the Service, currently including, among others: Hetzner (cloud server hosting), OpenRouter and the underlying AI model providers it routes to, Cloudflare (hosting, networking, and workflow execution), and Stripe (payments). These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and security commitments. We may update this list as the Service evolves and will provide a current list on request.
We do not use your data, inputs, or outputs to train our own or any third party’s general AI models, and we configure model usage to disable provider training on your data where that option is available.
Your prompts and content are processed by AI model providers (via OpenRouter) only to generate the outputs your workflows need.
We share information only with the providers above to operate the Service, with your direction (for example, tools you ask us to integrate), to comply with law or valid legal process, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We never sell your personal information.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. After your engagement ends, we will, on request, return or delete your Service data within a reasonable period (for example, a 30-day export window), except where retention is required by law. The transfer of your full instance is described in our Terms of Service.
We protect information using measures described in our Terms of Service, including isolated infrastructure, sandboxed access, encrypted secrets with rotation, activity auditing, and automated backups. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or U.S. state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Where we process data on a customer’s behalf as a processor, we will refer requests to that customer (the controller) and support them in responding. To exercise a right or ask a question, contact us at hello@mymozart.co.
We and our providers may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Our website uses only the cookies and similar technologies needed to operate it and to understand basic, aggregate usage. We do not use it to sell your data. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by email or on this page). Changes take effect on the date posted.
